OREANDA-NEWS. Russian dealers of Geely sold in July 1223 cars, which is less by 9.5% to the previous year. In the first seven months of 2015 sales of Chinese brand were 5046 cars (-52.7%).

Geely bestseller in the Russian market is a model Emgrand EC, which in July was sold in the amount of 485 units. It is worth noting that Emgrand EC7 sedan has traditionally been the best-selling sedan in Russia among all Chinese brands. The crossover Geely Emgrand X7 is in the second place among the models, the sales of which were 425 cars. As noted, in spite of the difficult situation in the Russian car market, the company Geely plans to continue the positive dynamics of growth of sales, as well as updating of the model range, by offering its customers up to the end of 2015 the updated version of crossover Emgrand X7.

In general, the positive dynamics of growth of sales of the brand was reached due to measures of Geely: competent pricing policy, the resumption of credit program Geely Finance with more favorable terms for the acquisition of vehicles, also from June 25th, 2015 the company Geely in Russia has increased the warranty period on the car Emgrand X7 up to 5 years. Thus, at the moment, both models that are leading by sales of the brand have warranties 5 years.
