Kaspi Bank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of an official letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated July 29, 2015, according to which the National Bank approved the report on results of the offering of bonds KZP05Y05E054 (KZ2C00002111, KASE official list, "other debt securities" category, CSBNb14) of Kaspi Bank JSC for the period from December 22, 2014 to June 21, 2015.

According to the letter, no bonds were offered during the considered period. As of June 21, 2015 184,000,000 of the mentioned bonds remained unplaced.
