“Modern-Expo” shares its experience of “Kaizen” system implementation
OREANDA-NEWS. Internatioanl holding “Modern-Expo” shared its experience of following the “Kaizen” principles during the «Modern Lean Production» conference.
The conference took place on the 31st of July at “Modern-Expo” company. About 100 participants took part in the event and were eager to hear the basic principles of “Lean Production”. Among visitors were representatives from “Kaizen club”, Ukrainian Trade Chamber, “Coca-Cola Ukraine”, «Carlsberg Ukraine» (Lviv), «Metinvest» (Zaporizhzhya, Ukraine), «Nestle Ukraine» (Torchyn, Ukraine) and others.
The aim of this conference was to introduce “Kaizen” system and its ideology that has been successfully implemented by “Modern-Expo”. The company that started its business having only 600 dollars, today grew to international holding that has big production facilities, subsidiaries abroad and employs around 2000 people.
Company’s CEO, Petro Pylypyuk, told about key features of «Lean Production» and highlighted the immense effectiveness of the system that allows any enterprise to become profitable, competitive, well-organized at all levels. Director of production, Igor Mordas, told how “Kaizen” practices helped to improve the whole enterprise performance.
To share their experience were invited such companies as “Coca-Cola Ukraine” and «Metinvest». Speakers confirmed global progress of their companies and strong determination to follow “Kaizen” strategy.
During the conference all participants had the possibility to visit “Modern-Expo” production facility. All products are done at modern high-tech equipment and testified according international standards of quality. Moreover, all production processes are performed paying attention one of key principles of “Lean Production”, that is to eliminate all possible waste.
«Modern Lean Production» conference became an interesting and useful business event. It gathered companies and shared useful information about management and instruments for continuous growth and development.
