Insurance company "Kommesk-Omir" announces operating results of insurance organizations of Republic of Kazakhstan for first half-year of 2015
OREANDA-NEWS. Insurance company "Kommesk-Omir" JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following press-release:
"...During the first half-year of 2015 insurance companies of Kazakhstan collected insurance premiums worth a total of more than KZT151.4 bn, increasing by 4.7 % compared with the similar period of 2014. Including the volume of insurance premiums on obligatory insurance made up KZT32.1 bn (an increase by 9% upon last year's period), on voluntary personal insurance – KZT42.8 bn (an increase by 1.5%), on voluntary property insurance – 76.4 bn (increase – 4.8%).
The amount of insurance premiums collected by insurance organizations operating in the "general insurance" industry has increased KZT118.3 bn, increasing by 0.95% upon last year's similar period.
