Huawei wins Computerworld Customer Care ICT Award
It is the first time Huawei has won the prestigious award, which recognizes companies that deliver world-class service to enterprise customers and partners worldwide.
The award is based on direct customer feedback. More than 3000 of Singapore’s top ICT information executives were invited to rate the performance of their ICT solutions providers in the delivery of services.
“Our customers can expect their concerns to be our first priority,” said Hank Stokbroekx, VP of Huawei Enterprise Services, in an article published by Computerworld to announce the contest winners. “When a customer has a critical issue, Huawei’s teams work together to fix it. Dedication to customer success runs throughout the entire organization.”
Since the inception of Huawei’s Enterprise Business Group four years ago, Services has become a critical part of the Group’s success. Huawei recognizes that its long-term growth depends on partners and customers being satisfied with the solutions they have purchased. Huawei services ensure that solutions are implemented according to customers’ needs, and are maintained so that benefits can be enjoyed for many years after deployment.
