OREANDA-NEWS. The XVth traditional professional skill competition of key trades workers: foremen (heads of filling stations), filling station operators, electrical fitters and tanker filling operators, was held at "Tatneft-AZS Center. 40 employees from 8 branches of the Joint Stock Company were competing to win the title of best in the trade.

The representatives of Almetyevsk, Bavly, Chelny, Kazan, Ulyanovsk, Samara, Chuvashia, Mari branches and Udmurt Section took part in the competition.
The contest consisted of two parts: theoretical and practical. The first stage of the contest included checking contestants' knowledge in the activity profile area, safety and labor protection rules and regulations, while at the second stage the participants demonstrated their practical skills.
According to the results of the contest the first place among the filling stations heads and foremen was awarded to Dinar Gilfanov, representative of the Kazan Branch, Dmitry Timazhev of the Ulyanovsk Branch ranked the second and Mikhail Kotlov representing the Almetyevsk Branch took the 3rd place.
Among the filling stationsэ operators the first place was awarded to Natalya Kiyashchenko of the Almetyevsk Branch, the second place went to Irina Dmitrieva, representative of Chuvashia Branch, while Olga Kashina, Bavly Branch filling station operator, was the third.
Ilshat Galiullin (Almetyevsk Branch) was named the best among the filling station electrical fitters, Alexander Bryunetkin (Chelny Branch) took the second place and the third was Andrey Sorokin (Bavly Branch).
Lily Ryazapovaa (Almetyevsk Branch) took the first place among the filling station refueling operators; 2nd - Tatyana Bychkova (Chuvashia Branch); 3rd - Oksana Dyachenko (Bavly branch).
The professional skill competition of OOO "Tatneft-AZS Center" has been arranged since 2001 on the basis of filling station No. 17 in Almetyevsk. This competition   allows increasing the skills of the participants and encouraging all the employees of the Company to demonstrate active and qualitative performance of production tasks, as well as enhancing the reputation of TATNEFT Company.
