EPC extends construction permit timeline

OREANDA-NEWS. July 28, 2015.  Enterprise Products Partners extended the timeline on an air permit by 18 months for fractionators nine and 10, according to a filing with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).

The company announced the intention to build a ninth NGL fractionator at its site at Mont Belvieu, Texas, in September 2014, but has yet to confirm the construction of a 10th fractionator.

Enterprise said they did not want to lose the permit so they extended the timeline for construction.
