The Bank of Russia took a decision to agree on the reorganisation of the Non-Governmental Pension Fund VNIIEF-GARANT through conversion into the Joint-Stock Company Non-Governmental Pension Fund VNIIEF-GARANT; to take decision on the state registration of the Joint-Stock Company Non-Governmental Pension Fund VNIIEF-GARANT and to reissuea document which confirms the licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance of the Joint-Stock Company Non-Governmental Pension Fund VNIIEF-GARANT.
