OREANDA-NEWS. KazTransGas Aimak JSC (Astana, hereinafter – the Company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the following:

"...The National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan have issued Protocols in respect of the Company in accordance with the following information:

• The Resolution of the National Bank of Kazakhstan on the imposition of an administrative penalty in the case of administrative violation dated June 26, 2010  in connection with violation of the requirements stipulated in Articles 263, 724,  sub-clause 1 of part 1 of Article 821, Article 822, parts 1 and 2 of Article 823 of  the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offences".
