Netplan has entered into contracts worth approximately £400,000 with J T Atkinson & Sons Ltd
The contract with JTA, a leading independent builders' merchant, is to provide a fully managed Hybrid Cloud solution. The solution includes private cloud for guaranteed performance and availability of the key platform. Business continuity and disaster recovery are to be delivered via Amazon Web Services.
Billing commences immediately and build and deployment is already underway. The contract value will be delivered over an initial 36-month minimum term and includes a value for professional services/consultancy.
This contract represents even further engagement of the merchant sector with Netplan, the approach Netplan have taken in the sector since the acquisition of Q4Ex Ltd in December 2014 is very clearly bearing fruit. Opportunities are continuing to build at pace and we believe the pipeline of opportunity in the Enterprise Resource Planning ("ERP") market is very healthy and growing.
The Board believes that both the exceptional sector knowledge and experience of its merchant team along with extensive knowledge of the ERP application itself is driving momentum and believes that Netplan is fast becoming the de facto predominant supplier to the ERP sector.
