OREANDA-NEWS. Among the officially represented forty-seven automakers on the Russian market, eighteen companies did not change prices in July (Acura, Brilliance, Cadillac, Changan, Chery, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Daewoo, Great Wall, Haima, JAC, Jaguar, Jeep, Mitsubishi, Opel, Porsche, Smart, SsangYong). This information was provided in the review of the analytical agency "AUTOSTAT". Ten manufacturers this month cut the price of one or several models of cars (Peugeot, BMW, Citroen, FAW, Geely, Hyundai, Infiniti, Lexus, Mazda, Nissan). Six companies changed prices of only one model. Twenty-three companies have made changes in the price lists of two or more models.

Pricing Policy of automakers has different directions: some of them make prices lower, others, on the contrary, increase - with an eye to their own vision of the future auto market, competitors and to maintain sales volumes. However, analysts note that the downward trend in prices is prevailing. This is justified because in the current environment buyers tend to save by choosing a car and they are looking for the most favorable price offers.

In particular, Citroen has reduced the prices of their vans: Jumper VU by 7,3-7,9%, Jumper VU new by 6,6-7,3%, Jumpy VU by 2.3-2.6%.

Chinese FAW reduced price Besturn B50 sedan by 4,4-6,1%, Besturn B70 by 6.7-7.6%. Chinese Geely has reduced the prices for the whole range. Sedan and hatchback Emgrand are cheaper by 6.3-6.5%, crossover Emgrand X7 by 6,1-7,1%, sedan GC6 by 7,1-9,1%, sedan MK by 7,8-8,5 %, sedan MK 08 by 8,5-9,4%, crossover MK Cross by 5,7-6,0%.

Mazda slashed prices for Mazda6 sedan by 4,8-6,6%, crossover CX-5 - by 4,0-5,9%.

Hyundai reduced prices for crossover ix35 by 3.8-4.3% and for Equus sedan in complete Elite by 2.1%, while they increased them for the other models. In particular, the sedan and wagon i40 received new configurations with engine 1,7l diesel (141 hp) and maximum price of i40 wagon has grown by 6.3%. Price of sedan and hatchback Solaris in the configuration Active grew by 5.3%.

Nissan Juke crossover has reduced the price by 6,3-6,9%. Therewith, the lineup Juke has replenished with new configuration SE Active for 984,000 - 1,258,000 rubles. In configurations SE +, SE + Active there is a variant appeared with engine 117 hp and a manual transmission. Configuration SE + Active, LE Active was replenished with engine 190 hp. Specific configurations of SUV X-Trail with 2,0l engine and CVT stepless variator rose in price by 3.1-3.9%.

Fiat raised the price of minivans Doblo Panorama by 3,1-3,4%, Ducato Combi by 4.8-5.0%, van Ducato by 4,6-9,6%.

Volkswagen began sales of an updated Polo sedan in three configurations at the price from 554 900 to 739 900 rubles. The minimum price of the model increased by 9.9%, the maximum – by 5.7%. Golf hatchback rose by 0,04-1,4% ,Tiguan crossover by 0,5-2,4%, four-door coupe Passat CC by 0.1-0.2%, Amarok pickup by 2,2-6,1% (except configuration Highline, the price of which has not changed).

Domestic UAZ raised the price for SUVs Hunter by 3,6-4,0%, Patriot by 3,9-7,8%, Pickup by 3,2-4,3%.
