OREANDA-NEWS. July 24, 2015. Within May-June, the Pipeline Bends plant (part of Rimera Group) shipped over 100 cold-formed pipe bends to the gas transport company. 

The cold-formed pipe bends with dia. 1420 mm and wall thickness 18.7 mm are made from K60 steel pipes with corrosion-resistant coating fabricated by ChelPipe's Vysota 239 plant. Upon delivery of the entire batch, Pipeline Bends plant launched the execution of the next order for Gazprom Transgas Yugorsk - 75 cold-formed pipe bends (size 1020х16 mm), to accomplish their shipment in the 3rd quarter this year. Such scope has urged Rimera Group's Ural plant to partially upgrade its capacity and purchase a new domestic UPT 720-1420 MEP rim clamp to correct bend butts after bending.
