OREANDA-NEWS. July 22, 2015. UPS (NYSE:UPS) and Staples (NASDAQ: SPLS) have made it easier than ever to ship UPS packages from any of Staples’ more than 1,300 U.S. locations. Customers now can charge the cost of shipments at Staples to their UPS account, which means they don’t have to prepare labels ahead of time and will see the invoice, and any customized rates, on their regular UPS invoice.

This feature is particularly useful for people who spend a lot of time on the road, such as distributed sales professionals or technicians. Others, like small business owners, will enjoy the one-stop convenience of begin able to purchase office supplies for their business when they ship packages.

“We’re thrilled to offer Staples customers the added convenience for shipping UPS packages,” said Damien Leigh, senior vice president, business services, Staples. “The new billing options combined with our expanded line of packaging and shipping products make one-stop shipping easy for our small business customers.”
