Due to the ruling of the Arbitration Court of the city of Moscow of 9July 2015 on the forced liquidation of the credit institution Joint-Stock Company Commercial Bank Trust Capital Bank (Bank of Russia Registration No. 2741, date of registration - 5 March 1994) and appointing a liquidator in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law 'On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)', the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. 1720, dated 29 July 2015) to terminate from 21 July 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Joint-Stock Company Commercial Bank Trust Capital Bank appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1044, dated 13 May 2015, 'On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-Based Credit Institution Joint-Stock Company Commercial Bank Trust Capital Bank or JSC CB Trust Capital Bank Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence'.
