OREANDA-NEWS. Due to the ruling of the Arbitration Court of the city of Moscow, dated 23 June 2015, on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution Taurus Bank, joint-stock company (Bank of Russia registration No. 655, date of registration is 31 October 1990), and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1701, dated 17 July 2015) to terminate from 20 July 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Taurus Bank, joint-stock company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-887, dated 24 April 2015, ‘On the Appointment of Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Taurus Bank, joint-stock company, Taurus Bank JSC, Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
