OREANDA-NEWS. In the second quarter of 2015 it was issued 133 thousand car loans that is more by 140% than in the first quarter of 2015. This is according to the data of National Bureau of Credit Histories (NBKI). However, compared to the second quarter of 2014 it was recorded the fall of this index by 35%.

According to experts, the support of loan market was made by the program of subsidy for bank interest rates on loans for new cars of Russian production and other programs of support of the automotive sector (parc renewal program, leasing programs).

Particularly it is noticeable the influence of state programs in Russian regions. Research of dynamics of cars bought on credit shows an increase of their share in all regions. The largest increase in the share of credit cars among the top-10 of most “car loan” region was in the Republic of Bashkortostan (2.1 times) and Perm region (2 times).
