OREANDA-NEWS. July 20, 2015. Bank of Russia agreed to reorganise:

Non-profit organisation non-governmental pension fund Atomgarant in the form of separation of the non-profit pension fund followed by its immediate changeover to the Joint-stock Company Non-governmental Pension Fund Atomfund, made a decision on the state registration of the Joint-stock Company Non-governmental Pension Fund Atomfund, issued a pension provision and pension insurance licence to the above mentioned company, and registered its Pension and Insurance Rules;

Non-governmental Pension Fund Transneft in the form of changeover to the Joint-stock Company Non-governmental Pension Fund Transneft, made a decision on the state registration of the Joint-stock Company Non-governmental Pension Fund Transneft, and reissued document confirming pension provision and pension insurance licence of the above mentioned company.
