OREANDA-NEWS. The Press Service would like to announce the change of the Company official name to Public Joint Stock Company "Oil company "LUKOIL" (or PJSC "LUKOIL").

The name was changed in order to bring it into compliance with the norms of Chapter 4 of the Russian Federation Civil Code. The amendments and addenda to the Charter of the Open Joint Stock Company "Oil company "LUKOIL", approved by the Annual General Shareholders Meeting on 25 June 2015 and requiring, among other things, that the Company firm name be changed, obtained registration on 6 July 2015.
