OREANDA-NEWS. JSC “Grindeks” has received notification on July 17, 2015 from “ABLV Private Equity Fund 2010”, KS about loss of direct significant participation on shareholding (see attached).

 According to this notification “ABLV Private Equity Fund 2010”, KS on July 15, 2015 has lost a direct significant shareholding in JSC “Grindeks”, by losing its proportion of voting rights from 2 172 437 shares, which constitutes 22.66 % of JSC “Grindeks” total share capital.

 On July 17, 2015 JSC “Grindeks” received an announcement from “AmberStone Group”, AS about a major interest acquisition in JSC “Grindeks” (see attached).

 Regarding the announcement of the July 16, 2015 after the concluded transactions on July 15, 2015 “AmberStone Group”, AS owns 2 172 437 shares of JSC “Grindeks” or 22.66 % of all the JSC “Grindeks” voting rights.
