National Company Kazakhstan Temir Zholy announces changes in composition of Board of Directors

(Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the following:
... in connection with the expiration of the term of office of the Board of Directors of NC KTZ JSC based on the decision of the Management Board of National Welfare Fund Samruk-Kazyna JSC... the Board of Directors of NC KTZ JSC in full has been re-elected for a new term – 1 (one) year from June 21, 2015
1) Nurzhan Baidauletov – General Manager of Asset Management of Samruk- Kazyna JSC, the representative of interests of the Sole Shareholder;
2) Erik Balapanov, the representative of interests of the Sole Shareholder;
3) Adamas Ilkyavichyus – General Manager of Transformation of Samruk- Kazyna JSC, the representative of the interests of the Sole Shareholder;
4) Askar Mamin – Chairman of the Management Board of NC KTZ JSC;
5) Jeremy Drew – independent director;
6) Christian Kun – independent director;
7) Tito Syzdykov – independent director; 8) Somodi Kalman – independent director; Nurzhan Baidauletov was elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of NC KTZ JSC.
