OREANDA-NEWS. July 17, 2015. Bosch eBike Systems continues to extend its service network for European specialist bicycle dealers. Retailers have three new technical advisors at their service in the UK, Austria and the Netherlands. Bosch eBike dealers can now rely on even better local support on product-specific issues and innovations in the core market. They will also be able to offer their customers the latest in technology know-how.

Expertise at first hand
Bosch eBike Systems is stepping up its presence in European markets because demand for eBikes is brisk all over Europe. To help boost this trend, Bosch eBike Systems has recruited new technical advisors. They are all good salesmen and can pass on the latest knowledge on all aspects of eBike technology.

Mark Haylett has been in charge of the UK market since May 1. He has over 15 years’ industry experience – of both bicycle technology and production and distribution. He advises and trains bicycle dealers in maintenance, service and sales on behalf of Bosch eBike Systems.

J?rgen W?ss has been a technical advisor for Bosch eBike Systems since June 1. He has many years of valuable experience in racing cycle sport procurement and in organising product training sessions. He will be in charge of service in eastern Austria. Markus Schleszies continues to work for Bosch eBike Systems in western Austria and Switzerland.

The third member of the trio of new technical advisors is Ronald Koenen, who assumed responsibility for Bosch eBike Systems support in the Netherlands on June 15. Koenen, who worked in bicycle mechanics for over a decade, joined Bosch eBike Systems after more than 14 years as a manager with a Dutch bicycle specialist. He enlarges the team in Belgium and the Netherlands, concentrating mainly on eastern regions and provinces. Nanne Faas continues to work as a technical advisor and trainer for Bosch eBike Systems in Belgium and the Netherlands. His focus is on the western areas.
