Moscow Exchange acknowledged as best in investor relations
Moscow Exchange has been recognized as the Russia"s best company in investor relations in the mid-cap category. The winners were determined by the independent in-depth Extel Pan-European 2015 survey of 18,000 financial professionals, investors and analysts, from 80 countries.
"Good corporate governance, transparency and quick response to client needs remain Moscow Exchange"s key priorities. Being the public company and the largest infrastructure organization at the same time, we strive to be a model of corporate openness in investor relations for all Russian issuers with securities trading in the Exchange", said Evgeny Fetisov, Chief Financial Officer of Moscow Exchange.
Nearly 40 Russian companies were nominated. According to the survey procedure, investors with the largest level of assets under management have the biggest weights in voting. Thus, investment firms from mainland Europe, the UK and Northern America were the most heavily weighted in voting for Russian companies.
Individual IR awards have been also given to top managers of Moscow Exchange; Alexander Afanasiev has been named Best CEO at IR, Evgeny Fetisov has been named Best CFO at IR, and Sergey Klinkov has been named Best IR professional.

We evolve our IR strategy continuously to meet new challenges, and thus build relationship of trust with investment community and increase the long-term corporate value.
