MMK continues to develop its client services
OREANDA-NEWS. OJSC Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works ("MMK" or “the Company”) announces that it has launched a one-stop service for carmaking companies as part of ongoing efforts to improve communication with clients.
The Company’s technical and commercial specialists have been connected to the client technical support email address (tech_support@mmk.ru) and are ready to respond to any requests from clients in the carmaking industry in a timely manner. This single email address offers clients the ability to obtain whatever information they need regarding steel and rolled stock production, required products mix, prices, terms of shipment, as well as submit reclamations.
Furthermore, a dedicated technical support section has been created on MMK’s official website (http://eng.mmk.ru/). This work stream is coordinated by a specially created Department for Product Promotion and Client Technical Support, headed by Jean-Marc Griczan who has a strong track-record in client relations at major international companies. Prior to joining MMK, Mr Griczan worked in Europe and Asia and later was managing director at ArcelorMittal in Russia.
MMK pays particular attention to developing its sales and service system. This one-stop concept is part of ongoing work to develop long-term partnerships with metal consumers. The new Department takes the lead in the further development of MMK’s customer-oriented approach. In particular, its role includes maintaining high quality maintenance and technical support for clients, prompt cooperation with customers and acting to meet customers’ needs, as well as timely responses to requests from carmakers.
