Fujitsu Limited (the "Company") announced today that it has determined the terms of its Thirty-Seventh Series Unsecured Straight Bonds (with inter-bond pari passu clause) and Thirty-Eighth Series Unsecured Straight Bonds (with inter-bond pari passu clause), both of which will be offered and issued in Japan.
