OREANDA-NEWS. VTB Bank and water utility St Petersburg Vodokanal will sign a loan agreement based on an online request for quotation. VTB will allocate a RUB 2 billion non-revolving line of credit to finance the company’s current operations.

St Petersburg Vodokanal provides water and sewage services to millions of city residents and to tens of thousands of companies.

"The housing and utilities sector is one of the most socially important parts of the economy. This is our first big contract with St Petersburg Vodokanal recently.
