OREANDA-NEWS. July 14, 2015. Aviva Canada is pleased to announce that epost is now available for our customers. Besides providing the option to receive policy documents online, this new service reflects our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint and our goal of being a carbon neutral insurer.

“By partnering with epost, we have the ability to offer customers a safe, convenient and free way to receive their home and auto insurance policies online,” said Debora Hendrickson, Aviva Canada’s Senior Vice President of Customer & Marketing. “As the role of technology continues to evolve in the insurance industry, we are making customer preference a priority. With Aviva, you can now choose how you want to receive your policy documents.”

Receiving insurance policies online reduces clutter and keeps documents in a single, secure location. Canada Post uses an advanced encryption technology to ensure the security and privacy of anything sent through epost. The service also gives convenient access to policy documents anytime, anywhere through your smartphone, tablet or computer.
