Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of Saint Petersburg and Leningrad Region dated 30 June 2015 on compulsory liquidation of credit institution Construction-Commercial Bank — Closed Joint-Stock Company (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3050, date of registration — 10 August 1994) and appointment of the liquidator in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1617 dated 9 July 2015) to terminate the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Construction-Commercial Bank — Closed Joint-Stock Company appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1042 of 13 May 2015 ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to the Saint Petersburg-based Credit Institution Construction-Commercial Bank — Closed Joint-Stock Company or CJSC StroyComBank Due to the Revocation of the Banking Licence’.
