OREANDA-NEWS. July 14, 2015. Fitch Ratings has revised the ratings of the following bonds (collectively, the guaranteed bonds) to 'A' based on the National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corp. (CFC) guarantee:

--\\$5.5 million Pulaski County, KY solid waste disposal revenue bonds (East Kentucky Power Cooperative, Inc. Project), pooled series 1993B;
--\\$99.4 million York County, pollution control revenue refunding bonds (North Carolina Electric Membership Corporation project), series 2000B;
--\\$112.045 million Industrial Development Board of the Town of Chatom, gulf opportunity zone bonds (PowerSouth Energy Cooperative projects), series 2008A;
--\\$77.2 million Atascosa County Industrial Development Corporation variable rate pollution control refunding revenue bonds (San Miguel Electric Cooperative, Inc. Project), series 2008;
--\\$4.445 million Claiborne County, MS (South Mississippi Electric Power Association project) pollution control revenue bonds, pooled series 1985G.

The Rating Outlook is Stable.

RATING SENSITIVITIES

CHANGE IN OBLIGOR OR GUARANTOR RATINGS: The ratings on the National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corp. guaranteed bonds will continue to be driven by the higher of the rating of NRUCFC and the underlying obligor. Any change in the higher of the two ratings will result in a corresponding rating change on the guaranteed bonds.
