Goldman Sachs Declares Preferred Stock Dividend
OREANDA-NEWS. July 13, 2015. The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (NYSE: GS) today announced that it has declared dividends on the following series of its non-cumulative preferred stock (represented by depositary shares, each representing a 1/1,000th interest in a share of preferred stock):
- \\$236.98 per share of Floating Rate Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series A;
- \\$387.50 per share of 6.20% Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series B;
- \\$252.78 per share of Floating Rate Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series C;
- \\$252.78 per share of Floating Rate Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series D;
- \\$371.88 per share of 5.95% Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series I;
- \\$343.75 per share of 5.50% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series J; and
- \\$398.44 per share of 6.375% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series K.
In addition, The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. has declared a dividend of \\$1,022.22 per share of Perpetual Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series E, and a dividend of \\$1,022.22 per share of Perpetual Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series F.
