Due to the ruling of the Arbitration Court of the city of Moscow, dated 23 June 2015, on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution Commercial Bank Transnational Bank, limited liability company (Bank of Russia registration No. 2108, date of registration is 9 October 1992), and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law 'On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)', the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1616, dated 9 July 2015) to terminate from 10 July 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank Transnational Bank, limited liability company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-786, dated 13 April 2015, 'On the Appointment of Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution Commercial Bank Transnational Bank, Limited Liability Company, Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence'.
