OREANDA-NEWS. By its order No. OD-1586, dated 7 July 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint a provisional administration to the insurance company Russian Alliance, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 3829, location: 5 Navigatsionnaya Street, room 259, Krasnoyarsk, 660093, TIN 5007041206, PSRN 1035001605210, hereinafter, the Company) from 7 July 2015.

The decision to appoint a provisional administration was taken due to the suspension of the Company's licence for voluntary personal insurance licence, except for voluntary life insurance, and for voluntary property insurance (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1234, dated 3 June 2015).

The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.

Alexey V. Kochetov, member of the non-profit partnership Receivers' Union Avangard (Moscow) has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration.
