Insurance company "Amanat Insurance" JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of receiving a statement of claim which was brought on July 7, 2015 at Almaty Special inter- district economic court by ADM Kazakhstan LLP "on recovery of inflicted material losses to the amount of KZT882,039".
