OREANDA-NEWS. July 10, 2015. The Memorandum signed today by Boris Titov, Presidential Commissioner for Entrepreneurs Rights Protection of the Russian Federation, Ilya Lomakin-Rumyantsev, co-Chairman of the Retail Companies Association Presidium, and Andrey Danilenko, Chairman of the Board of the National union of milk producers, affirm the intention of the document signatories to work towards the creation of voluntary self-regulation of trading activities, as well as on the development and approval of trading activity mandatory rules, the conclusion  and use of instruments created by members of SROs.

The signed document defines the self-regulatory organizations objectives and the concept of their establishment.

The Memorandum declared intention to create independent nonprofit organization, the association of self-regulatory organizations, in the interests of disputes consideration between market participants and system management of self-regulatory organizations.

Within merger of the self-regulating organizations, the Memorandum defined creation of a body for disputes settlement and formation of good practices of implementation of trade activity.
