OREANDA-NEWS. Tele2, an alternative mobile operator, and the Belgorod Region government have signed an agreement on cooperation in telecom sector development. The operator is planning to invest over 1 bn rubles into development of the region’s mobile infrastructure and implementation in 2015-2019.
