AMF Group JSC (Astana), whose securitizes are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed  KASE that "by Resolution of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan on imposing of administrative sanction of June 26, 2015, it was drawn to administrative responsibility according to article 263 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code".
