OREANDA-NEWS. July 09, 2015. The Government of Ukraine has decided on denunciation of the agreement between Ukraine and the Russian Federation on the completion of the third and fourth power units of the Khmelnytsky Nuclear Power Plant. Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk said this at a government meeting.

"The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine proposes the Parliament to immediately denounce the agreement with the Russian Federation on the completion of units №3 and №4 of the Khmelnytsky NPP due to the Russian Federation’s failure to perform obligations it took under this agreement," the Prime Minister emphasized.

In addition, the Government refers to the Parliament to abolish the relevant law.
