OREANDA-NEWS. General Director of NAMI Maxim Nagaitsev resigned. According to information given to Interfax agency by the representative of the Institute, Mr. Nagaitsev handed resignation from the post of NAMI general director for health reasons. He will take the post of adviser of the new CEO, when he is appointed. According to NAMI, Mr. Nagaitsev will focus on research and teaching activities.

Meanwhile, a spokesman of the institute did not specify whether Mr.Nagaytsev would continue in the project of designing of vehicles on a unified module platform, having noticed that his responsibilities will be defined later, Vedomosti reports. We should remind that NAMI is an only responsible company for the state order of a ‘pilot project for development and preproduction of the domestic vehicles on a unified module platform, which enables to design vehicles for top officials transportation and escort ‘ . It was also reported that development and preproduction of domestic vehicles on a unified module platform for top officials transportation and escort is estimated at 8.051 billion roubles. It is expected that the contract will have been completed by 31 December 2016.
