OREANDA-NEWS. Fitch Ratings has withdrawn Falcon Group Holdings (Cayman) Ltd's (Falcon) planned senior secured term loan B expected rating of 'BB-(EXP)'/'RR3'.

The rating has been withdrawn as Falcon is no longer proceeding with the transaction for business reasons.
