L’Oreal received “Disability Matters European Union Award”
The implementation of a new trophy format, first by regional semi-finals in each geographic zone: Americas, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Africa & Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, resulted in more than 80 project submissions. The 17 regional winners attended the Global finals in Paris where three countries were awarded by Jean Paul Agon, Chairman and CEO of L’Oreal. This new Disability Initiatives Trophies format by regions helped to reveal each countries’ potential to concretely act on disability.
The “Disability Matters Award”, organized by Springboard Consulting, is held annually in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Recognized as an expert organization in disability, Springboard works with national and multinational corporations, governments and agencies to mainstream disability in the workforce, workplace and marketplace. This year marked the 3rd edition of the “Disability Matters Awards” in Europe.
