OREANDA-NEWS. Due to the ruling of the Arbitration Court of the city of Moscow, dated 16 June 2015, on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution closed joint-stock company Industrial Savings Bank or CJSC Promsberbank (Bank of Russia registration No. 1043, date of registration is 30 November 1990), and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927of the Federal Law 'On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)', the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1524, dated 2 July 2015) to terminate from 3 July 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution closed joint-stock company Industrial Savings Bank, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-702, dated 2 April 2015, 'On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Podolsk-Based Credit Institution Closed Joint-stock Company Industrial Savings Bank Due to the Revocation of Its banking Licence'.
