Maxim Logvin appointed deputy CEO for HR & Social Policy of Freight One
OREANDA-NEWS. July 1, 2015 Maxim Logvin, formerly HR Director at Nestle Eurasia / Caucasus Regions, was appointed Deputy CEO for HR and Social Policy of JSC Freight One (Freight One).
Sergei Senin resigned from Freight One at his own discretion.
Maxim Logvin was born in 1975. In 1998 he graduated from Management Faculty of Russian State University for the Humanities.
He started his career in 1995 in the sales unit of the Coca-Cola Company. In 2004 he was appointed head of the Training Department of Nestle in the Russian Federation. In 2006 he became head of Staff Selection and Development of PRODO Management, a Russian food company, employing the total of 25,000.
Between 2009 and 2013 he served as Director of Personnel and Administration of various divisions at Nestle. In particular, he was head of personnel and administration during the construction of the company's new factory in the Vladimir Oblast, he was in charge of the reorganization project of a production branch in Moscow, and he also headed the Personnel Office at the biggest European instant coffee production enterprise in the Krasnodar Krai.
In 2013 he was appointed HR Director at Nestle Eurasia / Caucasus Regions, covering 9 countries.
