OREANDA-NEWS. Hyundai company unveiled the new compact crossover Creta, which will also be sold in Russia. The brand new will compete with the Renault Duster, the Nissan Terrano and the Ford EcoSport.

According to AutoNews.ru, the Hyundai Creta repeats design of the ix25crossover, which has been sold in China since last year. The Creta is 4,270 mm long and 1,780 mm wide and has 2,599 mm wheelbase.

In Russia, the Creta crossover will be produced at the plant in St. Petersburg. As previously reported, assembly of the model is planned to be started in 2016. In Russia, the crossover will be sold with 1.6- and 2.0-liter petrol engines.
