OREANDA-NEWS. RusRating has cancelled the credit rating assigned to OAO KB Petrocommerce, which has ceased independent operations following its merger into Bank FC Otkritie.

The rating had been "BBB-" on the international scale and "AA-" on the national scale, in both cases with a stable outlook, and was assigned without benefit of a rating contract.
