OREANDA-NEWS. KIA Motors Rus company announced prices and packaging arrangements of the new flagship crossover KIA Sorento Prime, which goes on sale in the Russian market on 1 July. The brand-new is now available from 2,109,900 roubles at all dealer centers.

According to KIA Motors Rus press service, the new Sorento Prime does not replace the previous generation model, sales of which will continue, but adds KIA model lineup in Russia and brings the brand into a new segment of premium crossovers.

The KIA Sorento Prime enters the Russian market with three packaging arrangements, and 5- and 7-seater versions. All Sorento Prime vehicles are equipped with a powerful and reliable 2.2-liter (200 hp.) diesel engine, all-wheel drive and 6-speed automatic transmission. High-torque diesel engine takes only 9.6 seconds to accelerate the KIA Sorento Prime to 100 km/h. All KIA Sorento Prime vehicles have adaptive shock absorbers and Drive Mode Select system.
