— series AI-002 qualification certificate No. 003198 of qualification corresponding to the position of a financial market specialist in broker, dealer activity and securities management issued to Andrei N. Poleshchuk, a controller of Phaeton Finance Investment Company, limited liability company;

— series AA qualification certificate No. 000869 of qualification corresponding to the position of a specialist of an organisation conducting broker and/or dealer activity and/or securities management, series AA qualification certificate No. 031749 of qualification corresponding to the position of a head or a controller or a specialist of an organisation conducting depository activity and series AV-001 qualification certificate No. 011313 of qualification of a financial market specialist to manage investment funds, unit investments funds and non-governmental pension funds issued to Natalya Yu. Afanasyeva, a controller of Neofinance Investment and Finance Company, limited liability company;

— series AI-010 qualification certificates No. 000125 of qualification corresponding to the position of a financial market specialist in broker, dealer activity and securities management and series AV-010 qualification certificate No. 000156 of qualification of a financial market specialist to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds issued to Nikita Ye.
