Automotive market in Ufa, Tyumen, Rostov-on-Don and Yekaterinburg reduced by more than 50%
OREANDA-NEWS. AUTOSTAT company conducted a research on the market of new passenger cars (including LCV) in big cities of Russia with over 500,000 population. In the situation of general market decline (-37.7% for five months of 2015 as compared to the previous year), the markets of a number of cities with over 500,000 population decreased even more. There are four cities, where automotive market reduced by more than a half. They are Ufa (-60.3%), Tyumen (-55.7%), Rostov-on-Don (-53.5%), Yekaterinburg (-52.2%). The decline in sales almost reached 50% in five cities: Krasnoyarsk (-49.8%), Voronezh (-49.7%), Izhevsk (-49.0%), Perm (-48.8%), Chelyabinsk ( -48.7%).
Only six big cities had better dynamics than on average in the market: Krasnodar (-34.7%), Omsk (-34.7%), Novosibirsk (-35.3%), Kazan (-35.6%), Naberezhnye Chelny (-37 2%), Togliatti (-37.4%).
