OREANDA-NEWS. MEP negotiators clinched a deal in the early hours of Tuesday morning which will see a real end to all mobile roaming charges, guarantees for net neutrality and easy availability of clear information to consumers.

There will be a press conference at 14.15 in the European Parliament press conference (Anna Politkovskaya) room with Industry Committee chair Jerzy Buzek (EPP, PL), rapporteur Pilar del Pilar del Castillo Vera (EPP, ES) , European Commissioner Gunther Oettinger and Edmunds Be?skis, spokesman for the Latvian transport ministry.
