OREANDA-NEWS. Growth of sales had a direct impact on the amount of the investment portfolio of SOGAZ Insurance OJSC that has grown by 9 percent for QI half 2015 and amounted to RUB 121.4 bn (including funds on settlement accounts).

SOGAZ Insurance OJSC follows a conservative investment strategy - funds are primarily placed in robust fixed-income instruments. Total investment income has amounted to RUB 1.97 bn, which is 20 percent more than in the same period last year.

The growth is due to an increase in the investment portfolio and an increase in the yield on deposits.
