OREANDA-NEWS. On 25 May 2015, Order of the FMS of Russia (Federal Migration Service) dated 12 March 2015 No. 149 came into force. This Order amends order of the FMS of Russia dated 28 June 2010 No. 147 “On the Forms and Procedure for Notifying the Federal Migration Service about Committing Work Activity by Foreign Citizens on the Territory of the Russian Federation”.
