PZU SA Supervisory Board elects the management board for the new term of office
By resolution adopted by the Supervisory Board, the following persons were appointed and named members of the PZU SA Management Board:
- Przemys?aw D?browski, responsible for PZU Group’s finance area;
- Dariusz Krzewina, responsible for the corporate customer area;
- Tomasz Tarkowski, responsible for the claims handling area;
- Rafa? Grodzicki, responsible for insurance operations and international operations.
The management Board member responsible for investments will be appointed in the immediate future.
- I am happy that, by decision of the Supervisory Board, the excellent management team, which has been changing and modernizing PZU, will continue to work on the implementation of the PZU 3.0 strategy. The composition of the new management board is largely consistent with the current one. I consider this to be an expression of trust for the company’s management and a sign of appreciation for our efforts to transform PZU. I would like to congratulate my colleagues. PZU is an ambitious project – said Andrzej Klesyk, President of the PZU Management Board.
Management Board members are appointed for a joint term of office slated to begin on the day following the Company’s Ordinary Shareholder Meeting approving the 2014 financial statements, provided that the statements are approved and the members of the PZU SA Management Board receive a discharge on the performance of their duties for the most recent financial year. This term of office covers three full consecutive financial years. The year 2016 will be the first full financial year of the term of office.
